Send general feedback, report an error or suggest an improvement by email. We cannot access an NS&I account, check personal account details or confirm a prize.
General feedback
Tell us what was useful, unclear or difficult to use. If your feedback relates to a specific page, include its web address and explain what would make it better.
Please do not include personal or financial information.
Report a correction
If you think a page contains an error, tell us which page you were reading, quote the wording you believe is wrong and explain the correction. Where possible, include a link to a public source that supports the change.
We review correction reports against appropriate sources. A report does not confirm that the current wording is wrong or that a change will be made.

Do not send a Bond Number, Holder’s Number, NS&I account details, identity documents or prize documents. We do not need them to review feedback or corrections.
